Chavez to accept a referendum

According to Descifrado, Chavez is going to admit enough signatures were collected and that he accepts the referendum. Chavista forces are calling their followers to a gathering today at 1700hs (2100hs GMT) in front of Miraflores.

So far, Descifrado's chavista source has been right on its forecasts. I was very optimistic this past few days, but some serious stuff is going on inside chavismo. Radicals don't want a referendum under any circumstances, while some moderates are trying to talk Chavez into accepting it.

If moderates lose, the entire country loses.
